It starts with how a building feels.
Smart lighting follows daylight and presence. HVAC valves keep every room at the right temperature. Guests, patients and shoppers feel the comfort, and the building uses less energy.
02 · Power
2:14 am. The grid fails.
Emergency lighting is already on — the central battery system takes care of it. UPS and DC power protect what cannot go down: servers and data, medical equipment, lifts, CCTV and access control, and the fire alarm panel itself.
03 · Detection
Smoke on level 7.
Addressable fire detection finds the exact device in seconds, sounds the alarm and shows the location on the control panel and graphic screen.
04 · Escape
Exit signs and emergency lights show the way.
Every corridor stays lit and every exit sign glows, so everyone gets out safely. The central battery system monitors each luminaire, so it works when it is needed.
05 · Protection
Lightning strikes the roof.
Lightning protection and earthing carry the energy safely into the ground, protecting people, equipment and the building itself.
